Recently, while at the SHARE 2012 Conference, Keri Russo shared her thoughts with MYSP.TV about using SharePoing workflow for process automation at Novartis. Keri is a SharePoint Analyst with Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research, where she helps over 6,000 scientists, physicians, and business leaders focus on the actual important parts of their research instead of the administrative work. SharePoint is the integral tool that the researchers use to focus on process and people vs. the technology needed to manage all the project data.
